Trying to Figure Out Dreamwidth
Aug. 27th, 2017 09:27 pmI have finally decided to spend some time figuring out Dreamwidth. I will admit it is mainly a procrastination technique for my career fair fic which I HAVE TO FINISH. I really, really shouldn't spend time procrastinating when the deadline is less than two weeks away and the fic growing the way it is. But I am.
The problem is I would have had loads of time to finish. I figure I write 1000-2000 words a day for two weeks and I'll get it done. But then my in-laws came to stay. And because of that I haven't had much time to write. Anything. Which is a little bit of a problem, because there are lots of things I should be writing. MY career fair. My original book. My daily writing challenge.
I've been doing a writing year, each day picking out a new prompt and writing something for it. I then post it onto unadulteratedstorycollector.wordpress.com if anyone fancies a look. It's safe to say that what I have been writing this week is TERRIBLE. With that in mind I'm going to seriously focus for the next few days. I will get career fair finished. And I will start writing something of worth!
